Entry Permit Application: Jurong Fishery Port (JFP)

Port Clearance Application/Report of Arrival: JFP & SFP


Description Form Fees/Charges
Local and foreign vessels on arrival at Jurong Fishery Port and Senoko Fishery Port need to report arrival and apply for port clearance to enter the port.

Jurong Fishery Port:
S$14 each for foreign vessel.

Senoko Fishery Port:
S$9 each for local vessel

Local and foreign vessels berthing at Jurong Fishery Port and Senoko Fishery Port need to pay for berthing space on arrival.

Application for Berthing Space at Jurong Fishery Port and Senoko Fishery Port
Jurong Fishery Port:
  • S$60 for foreign vessel less than 40 metres
  • S$140 for foreign vessel 40 metres and above

Senoko Fishery Port:
  • S$32 for local vessel less than 40 metres
  • S$140 for foreign vessel 40 metres and above.

Licence for Commercial Fishing Vessel: Senoko Fishery Port


Vessel operators operating an inboard fishing vessel would need to obtain a licence and the licence is renewable annually.

The annual Licence Fee varies for different Fishing Vessel's Gross Tonnage. The breakdown is as follows:

S/N Gross Tonnage Annual Licence Fee
1. Fishing Vessel Licence Inboard Engine less than 50GRT S$175.00
2. Fishing Vessel Licence Inboard Engine more than 50GRT but less than 100GRT S$242.00
3. Fishing Vessel Licence Inboard Engine more than 100GRT S$470.00

Notice:

  1. Please note that all existing licences issued by Agri-Food and Veterinary Authority of Singapore (AVA) before 01 April 2019 will remain valid till the stated expiry date; and
  2. Accepting of hard copy or email application for a Licence for Fishing Vessel has ceased from 01 September 2019.

Post application approval

The owner of the fishing vessel is to complete and submit the soft copy of "Undertaking to repatriate fishermen arrested by foreign governments" & "Appointed agent to auction fish caught by the Licensed Fishing Vessel" forms to SFA within 1 month from the approval of the licence application. Registration of a person employed or engaged in any activity on a Fishing Vessel


All individuals employed or engaged in any activity on a Fishing Vessel needs to be registered and the registration is is renewable annually. The fee payable is S$14.00 per annum.
