Singapore Food Agency Act 2019 (Act 11 of 2019)

  • The SFA Act is an Act to establish the Singapore Food Agency, to provide for its functions and powers, and for matters connected therewith.

SFA administers a total of 4 Statutes, namely, the Singapore Food Agency Act, the Feeding Stuffs Act, Fisheries Act, the Sale of Food Act, the Wholesome Meat and Fish Act, and their subsidiary legislation.
