Circular - JFP Lease

1.     Jurong Fishery Port (JFP) is Singapore’s main fishing port and seafood wholesale market. It serves as a key node for seafood imports, distribution, and trade, supporting both local consumption and regional agri-food supply chains.

2.     To provide tenants with long-term certainty and to support business continuity, the lease of JFP has been extended until 2040. The extension to 2040 will allow tenants to plan, invest, and upgrade with confidence, while giving agencies time to review and introduce enhancements to JFP’s infrastructure and ecosystem.

3.     We look forward to your continued partnership in ensuring that JFP remains a strong and resilient wholesale hub for Singapore’s seafood supply.
