Powers of Authorised Officers (II)

The holder of this authority card, appointed by the Director-General, Food Administration, is authorised to exercise the powers and duties of an authorised officer under:

• Section 42 of the Environmental Public Health Act 1987 in relation to any offence under section 33 therein.
