Powers of Authorised Officers (I)

The holder of this authority card is authorised to exercise the powers and duties of an authorised officer under the following Acts and regulations:

1.  Feeding Stuffs Act 1965 and its regulations thereunder;

6. Sections 7(2), 8(3), 9(2), 10, 16(3), 17, 18, 19, 20, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36, 49, 50, 51, 52, 52A, 56, 60, 60A, 61, 69, 71, 72, 73, 74 and 75 of the Animals and Birds Act 1965, and its regulations specified as follows:
   
   a. Animals and Birds (Licensing of Farms) Rules (R 3) save for rules 5, 6, 10, and 11;
