Have you ever thawed your frozen meat and refroze them again?
Contrary to popular belief, doing that is a definite no-no as thawing and re-freezing will affect the safety and quality of the product. Bacteria will start to multiply once seafood/meat is thawed, which may lead to spoilage or cause food poisoning.
TIP: Portion seafood/meat out into suitable serving size before storing them in the freezer.
