Here got farm meh? - Aquaponics farm at the Fairmont Singapore and Swissotel The Stamford

Right in the middle of Civic District, the aquaponics farm at the Fairmont Singapore and Swissotel The Stamford is the industry’s first urban aquaponics garden.

Launched last year, it uses aquaponics – a combination of aquaculture and hydroponics – to grow a full meal in just one system. Both hotels have also incorporated the vegetables, herbs and fish from the garden in the menus of their restaurants.
