b'It is the responsibility of the industry to bring in food from reliable sources that meet our food safety standards and requirements. On the part of SFA, regular inspections are conducted and samples are tested for pathogens, chemical contaminants, and drug residues.During the FY, we inspected about 45,000 consignments. Out of the estimated 20,000 samples collected, an average of 95 percent passed our laboratory tests.
